Established in 1999, The Billing Department has been steadily growing. We provide practice management services for healthcare providers across the country. We provide services to most medical specialties. We are a fully-integrated, end-to-end service which simplifies every step of the practice management process. Beginning at the initial scheduling of an appointment to the cumbersome billing process following each patient visit. Our ultimate goal is to increase your income and reduce your expenses.

Growing up with both parents in private practice, Medical Billing became one of my household chores. Medical Billing was much different then, prior to Managed Care and Electronic Claims. During my 3rd year at the University of Southern Maine, I spent one semester at the University of Hawai’i at Hilo. When I came back, I began working for a podiatrist, managing his billing. I loved it, and since then have been working in the Medical Billing Field.
I graduated with a BA in Communication, and slowly, over the years, I picked up more and more clients and grew my business to what it is today. We have clients throughout New England, as well as the West Coast and Mid-West.
I love what I do, and hope to continue to do it for many years to come. I strive to provide the absolute best service to my clients. I enjoy staying on top of all of the new technologies and changes in the field.
I live with my husband Kelly, and our 6 year old son in Falmouth, Maine. We enjoy our beautiful state, and love to hike, bike, sail, and play in the snow!
